Reorganization of FLOSSMetrics infrastructure

Due to organizational issues at GSyC/LibreSoft, a new set up is now used for the FLOSSMetrics infrastructure. Now, it is heavily based on virtualization, which will provide the project with more flexibility about the resources used.

Hopefully, users of the data provided by the project won't notice a change, except those with direct access to the database. For them, direct access to the database is back on-line. Contact us for details.
